Umm… I haven’t decided yet.
I want to be healthy, but I am kind of fed up with the healthy way of doing things. It hasn’t really been working out for me. I don’t eat fast food. I don’t drink soda. I don’t drink alcohol. I would choose fruit over candy ANY day. I love vegetables. I drink a TON of…
You may be eating right, but you gotta do more exercise than walking to drop a few kilos. Do some weight-based workouts to grow some strong muscles- the more muscle mass you have, the better your metabolism and the faster you lose weight. There also may be some foods that you’re consuming that may have a negative impact on your body, forcing it to hold onto whatever it can.
Here’s a few tips that may help:
- Get a blood test and see if everything’s in tip-top-shape. You may have an intolerance or lack of nutrients that may be unseen.
- Never eat anything after 6pm. If you feel peckich, have some tea, or at the very least, have a small bowl of cereal without milk.
- Start drinking green tea. This baby is packed with antioxidants and fat-burning nutrients, and it hydrates you faster than water.
Also, I recommend you also try out coconut water [the fresh green coconut version]. This stuff is amazing, and I’ve become an addict.
- Are you on the pill? Contraceptions convince the body that you’re pregnant, and can tend to lead your body to store some weight for the ‘baby’. There are plenty of other forms of female contraception, so talk to your GP.
Anit-depressants and antibiotics can also trigger your body to hold onto weight, but DO NOT get off these if you’re taking them. Again, see your GP.
- Eat breakfast, and stick to a 1200-1500 calorie diet [this may change depending on your weight, amount of exercise and lifestyle]. Make sure you’re getting enough vitamins, minerals, complex carbohydrates, etc.
- It’s good that you’re drinking plenty of water. I recommend you throw a slice of lemon in your glass- especially in the morning. This will kick-start your metabolism.
- Eat more chilli foods! I cannot stress this enough!
- Eat fibre throughout the day to keep you satisfied and keep your body releasing a proper insulin flow, and protein at the night for muscle repair.

It’s quite sad how many girls believe that through deprivation, they’ll get the figure of a runway model. They’ll go through any mesure, from restricting calorie intakes to fad diet foods, to get to 110lbs and even under.
But the thing is… scrawny really isn’t sexy. Actually, there’s nothing sexy about it.
There’s nothing sexier than a person with their own slim and healthy figure.
When a woman is pregnant and she drinks alot of alcohol or takes drugs, it affects her unborn child, right? Right. Well, the same thing happens with chickens and their unhatched eggs. When you eat eggs, you are ingesting the same hormones, pesticides, chemicals and steroids as if you were eating chicken directly.
Oh, and eggs are full of saturated fats and cholesterol. Enjoy sucking on that!
v Cows only produce milk when they give birth, and like all animals, that milk dries up when the mother stops breastfeeding. Cows milk, by design, grows a 90-pound calf into a 2,000-pound calf in 2 years. They double their birth-weight in 47 days and keep their four stomachs full.
But to keep them milking away, cows are injected with Bovine Growth Hormone, making them produce 100 pounds of milk per day. Under normal conditions, cows only produce 10 pounds of milk per day.
v Cows are milked by machine; metal clamps are attached to their sensitive udders. The udders become sore and infected. Pus forms. But the machines keep on milking, sucking up the dead white cells into the milk. Freaking gross! To get rid of the bacteria and other shit, milk must be pasteurized. But that equals in the destruction of any beneficial enzymes and makes calcium less available without even killing all the viruses or bacteria. Even radioactive particles are found in milk!
v There is no proof that milk is a deterrent to osteoporosis. In fact, the high protein count in milk leeches calcium from the body. Studies show that America, Sweden and Finland- the higher consumers of milk- counted for the highest rates of osteoporosis.
v Humans lose an enzyme called lactase around the age of 4, which helps to digest lactose (the sugar found in dairy). Undigested lactose and the acidic nature of pasteurized milk encourage growth of bacteria in the intestines. All this contributes to a greater risk of cancer because cancer cells thrive in acidic environment.
v Dairy has been linked to a host of other problems, such as acne, anaemia, anxiety, arthritis, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, fibromyalgia, headaches, heartburn, indigestion, irritable bowel syndrome, joint pain, osteoporosis, poor immune function, mucus, allergies, ear infections, yeast infections, colic, obesity, heart disease, diabetes, autism, Chrohn’s disease, breast and prostate cancers, and ovarian cancer.
v Ammonium perchlorate (explosive component in rocket fuel) has been floating around in our livestock’s waterways thanks to the government. High risk of contamination.
v Dioxin, one of the world’s most toxic substances, is found in dairy products.
v When you consume dairy products, you are ingesting the same antibiotics, pesticides, steroids and hormones you would if you ate meat directly.
v Records from the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) showed that “virtually 100% of the cheese products produced and sold in the U.S has detectable pesticide residues.
v The fat in cheese (and milk) is what gives it the taste and texture we love. Of the calories found in cheese, 70-80% come from fat. Even when you buy low fat, over half the calories come from fat. Fat free? Are you kidding?! Remember what milk is for! It’s designed to fatten up baby cows. Milk= fat. Butter= fat. Cheese= fat. People who think these products can be fat free= morons.
v Mother Nature is no fool. She did not intend for grown-ups to suck on their mothers’ tits, or the tits of other animals. We are the only species that does this. But the Dairy Industry is a multi-billion dollar industry based on brilliant marketing and the addictive taste of milk, butter and cheese. It has convinced most doctors, consumers and government agencies that we ‘need’ milk. BULLSHIT.
v According to an investigation from the Senate, doctors receive less than 3 hours of nutritional training in medical school. And nutritionists are no better off. They have been duped like the rest of us.
v Milk is not a reliable source of minerals. You get MUCH higher levels of manganese, chromium, selenium and magnesium from fruits and vegetables. Plus, fruits and veggies are high n boron, which helps lessen the loss of calcium through urine. Consuming high amounts of dairy blocks iron absorption, contributing to iron deficiency.
v AMAZING CALCIUM SOURCES: fortified grains, kale, collard greens, mustard greens, cabbage, kelp, seaweed, watercress, chickpeas, broccoli, red beans, soybeans, tofu, seeds (sesame are best), and raw nuts.
v 15 minutes of direct sunlight per day aids in vitamin D absorption, which means stronger bones.
v 6-8 glasses of water a day! Water is vital for keeping your body clean and detoxified. It literally flushed shit and toxins from the body. If the taste of water bores you, add a slice of lemon or lime, or even toss in a raspberry or strawberry.
v Tea, decaf preferred. Organic, of course. It’s like a wonder drug. It’s anti aging, and its antibacterial qualities are as renowned as its reputation for fighting cancer, combating allergies, and lowering blood pressure.
v Fresh-squeezed orange juice. A great substitute for coffee.
v Complex carbohydrates: carbohydrates are compounds made of carbon, hydrogen, and oxygen, and are vital to providing energy to our bodies and brains. When our bodies eat food, it turns the carbohydrates into glucose for immediate energy, and the rest is stored as glycogen for reserves. Complex carbohydrates are packed with starch and fibre, which is a wonderful source of energy and keeps us feeling full and satisfied.
There are so many foods that have been bastardized by simple carbohydrates, but there are so many complex carbohydrates available, you’ll never miss the simple shit. Bask in potatoes, yams, sweet potatoes, barley, corn, brown rice, beans, hummus, lentils, quinoa, millet, pasta made from brown rice, whole wheat or vegetables.
v Fruit: BASK IN IT!! It’s the most perfect food in existence. It requires barely any work to be digested. High in enzymes, it passes right through the body, supplying carbohydrates, fibre, vitamins, minerals, fatty acids, amino acids, and cancer-fighting tannins and flavonoids. Because it’s made up of mostly water, fruit hydrates the body and aids in cleansing, detoxifying, and eliminating.
Fruit is best eaten alone, as it passes right through the body. When fruit is eaten with other foods, it ferments and rots in the stomach, causing burping and bloating. Fruit is recommended to be the first meal of the day, eaten 30 minutes before anything else.
You’d naturally think fruits are acidic, but when they actually enter the body, they are alkalizing. They contain potassium and calcium, which are alkalizing minerals. They also have a high count of alkalizing salts. Nearly all fruit, vegetables, and legumes are alkaline when they enter the body. Other alkalizing foods are sea vegetables, miso, soybeans, and tofu.
v Natural sweeteners: stevia, agave nectar or syrup, evaporated cane juice, Sucanat, brown rice syrup, barley malt syrup, Rapadura sugar, Turbinado sugar, raw sugar, beet sugar, date sugar, lard-free maple syrup or molasses. Honey is another option, yet this is questionable to vegans.
v Soy products: edamame, soy milk, tofu, etc. A wonder for vegans! Although there are theories that too much soy is harmful, in proper doses, it’s a wonder.
v Konnyaku or Shirataki: 98% water, they are a jelly form of yam powder, and have been the secret of Japanese dieters for decades. The texture is something to get used to, and have no flavour. Like tofu, they’re flavour sponges. (personal tip: konnyaku is disgusting. Shirataki noodles are awesome in garlic and chilli stir-fries)
v Alcohol: habitual drinking= fat pig syndrome. It makes you fat, bloated and farty. It raises the level of hydrochloric acid in the stomach, wrecking havoc on the digestive process. If you suffer from poor digestion, food will not pass through your body properly. Hence, bloated fat-pig syndrome. Some alcohol still contains urethane, a cancer-causing chemical. And when you have a hangover, you’re bound to eat shit all day.
trade your booze for organic red wine without sulphites (sulphites are additives that extend shelf life. Allergic reactions and asthma can be triggered by sulphites. It should say on the label NSA or No Sulphites Added.) This magical elixir is rich in cancer-fighting antioxidants, can reduce the risk of stroke, helps thin the blood, and has flavonoids, which lower cholesterol. Yes, it’s good for you. No, you shouldn’t drink a bottle every day.
Alcohol abuse causes infertility, cancer, infectious disease, cardiovascular disease, shrinking of the cerebral cortex, and alter brain cell function.
v Soda: IT’S LIQUID SATAN. There is nothing in soda that should be put into your body!
For starters, soda’s high levels of phosphorous can increase calcium loss from the body, as can its sodium and caffeine.
And don’t go patting yourself on the back for drinking diet soda. That stuff is even worse. Aspartame (an ingredient commonly used in diet sodas and other sugar-free foods) has been blamed for a slew of scary maladies, like arthritis, birth defects, fibromyalgia, Alzheimer’s, lupus, multiple sclerosis, and diabetes- just to name a few. When methyl alcohol, a component of aspartame, enters the body, it turns into formaldehyde. This is toxic and cancer-causing. Laboratory use formaldehyde as a disinfectant or preservative! The FDA (the Food and Drug Admin) have received more complaints about aspartame than any other product in history. Want more bad news? When aspartame is paired with carbs, it causes your brain to slow down its production of serotonin. A healthy level of serotonin is needed to be happy and well-balanced. So drinking soda can make you fat, sick, and unhappy.
v Coffee: if you can’t “wake up” without a cup of coffee in the morning, you are simply addicted to caffeine, sleep deprived, or an unhealthy slob. You don’t need anything to wake up.
Caffeine causes headaches, digestive problems, irritation of the bladder and stomach, peptic ulcers, diarrhoea, constipation, fatigue, anxiety and depression. It affects every organ, from the nervous system to the skin. Caffeine raises stress hormone levels, inhibits important enzyme systems that are responsible for cleaning the body, and sensitizes nerve reception sites.
Don’t go grabbing the decaf coffee either. Whether regular or decaf, it’s highly acidic. Acidic foods cause your body to produce fat cells, in order to keep the acid away from the organs (please, do not link this acid issue to citrus and other fruits. They’re a different- and better- story). So coffee= fat. Plus it makes your breath reek of ass. Furthermore, coffee beans are grown with pesticides. D-D-7, a toxic pesticide, has been banned in the U.S, but is used by the countries it imports from. Very smart.
v Crap junk food: the stuff filled with all the artificial shit, scary unreadable words, and fat. Even some of the chemicals found in the packaging (butylated hydroxytoluene, or BHT)
v “Fat Free” or “low fat” foods. When you see these words, think “CHEMICAL SHITSTORM”. They’re also packed with refined sugar. Sugar, like coffee, causes an acidic environment in the intestines.
v Pills, meds and drugs: They never solve the problem, they just mask the real problem, sending the wrong signals to the brain and really screwing up how your body understands itself. Most likely, when you have a headache or bad reaction, your body is trying to tell you something. Don’t go popping pills and suffer from the side effects. So suck it up, and stop interfering with Mother Nature.
v Simple Carbohydrates: white breads, white flour, white rice, white sugar, white pasta (durum semolina), etc. They are made up of sugar, which releases energy too quickly, resulting in violent “sugar highs” and “crashes”, and tend to leave us feeling hungry. For some stupid reason, food manufacturers decided we wouldn’t buy their products unless they were white and soft. So they took natural grains, like brown rice and whole wheat, and stripped away all the nutrients, vitamins and minerals to achieve the colour and texture change. The refining process totally compromises the nutritional integrity of the food- all for aesthetics. So companies then add these nutrients back into their refined, milled foods and use words like “enriched” or “fortified”. But our bodies cannot absorb these added-in minerals with ease.
v Sugar (white): it’s like crack, and manufacturers know that if they add it to their foods, you’ll get addicted. Originally from the sugar cane (a plant), it’s been pressed, boiled, thickened, crystallized, centrifuged, filtered… and in the end, it’s dried and packaged. Refined white sugar has no nutritional value whatsoever. A simple carbohydrate, it’s been linked to hypoglycaemia, yeast overgrowth, weakened immune system, hyperactivity, attention deficient disorder, enlargement of the liver and kidneys, increase of uric acid in the blood, mental and emotional disorders, dental cavities, and an imbalance of neurotransmitters in the brain. In addition, refined sugars make you fat. Excess amounts of sugar are stored in the liver, and when it gets too full, the excess amounts get returned to the bloodstream. Guess where this goes? Hips, stomach, thighs, and ass.
v High fructose corn syrup: a friend of the farmer since it’s so cheap to produce, and has many uses. Almost similar to sugar, it causes a dramatic effect on our blood sugar levels. And according to studies conducted by the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition, diabetes and obesity are directly linked to eating refined sugar and high fructose corn syrup.
v Aspartame: found in artificial sweeteners. For 30 years, aspartame was denied use in products because of lack of testing and terrible side effects. But much thanks to people in the government sleeping with the enemy, aspartame now runs free is many products, mainly aiming at the diet industry for its claims of “no calorie” sweetness, however there is no proof that artificial sweeteners benefit dieters-in facts, it promotes violent food cravings and assists in absorbing fat. NutraSweet, Equal, Sweet&Low (which actually contains tar!) and Splenda all have aspartame
Artificial sweeteners are bad for many reasons in general. They are highly acid forming (like coffee, excessive protein, meat, pasteurized dairy, refined sugars, and fatty acids)
There is absolutely nothing better than eating, and if you make the right choices, it can dramatically change you in many ways! Skinny bitches eat. They have a violent passion for food. Scrawny bitches are without a doubt missing out, and are quite blind/stupid/naive/whatever other insult I can think of, and really need a kick in the head.
There are, of course, certain foods you must say goodbye to if you want to start looking and feeling fabulous, but there are plenty of other scrumptious foods out there just waiting to be shoved down your throat!
I won’t go fully into detail with these, as it’s common sense. Why would something, derived from nature, make you fat?
FRUITS: bask in them! Organic and raw is best, particularly with fruits with a thinner skin. Packed with cancer-fighting enzymes, vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and loads more! I could go on! People always say that “fruit is highly acidic” or “high in sugar”. Bleh. Fact: fruit alkalyzes in your stomach, so don’t fret! Fruit is so simple to digest, it shoots right through your body! Best to be eaten for breakfast.
VEGETABLES: like fruit, they are the perfect thing to eat. Eat as raw as possible.
COMPLEX CARBS: do not ditch carbs! they keep our skin and hair healthy, fuel our brain to give us the energy we need for the day, and help to pass other digested foods through your system. When not used, they are stored as glucose for later use (of course, if you don’t exercise, they’ll camp out). They are full of the nutrients we need daily, but unfortunately, the food industry thought we’d only eat it if it was white, fluffy, and soft. Simple carbs= fat. Complex carbs= healthy and yummo!
Eat wholegrain breads, brown rice, oats, wholegrain flour, seaweed, quinoa, raw seeds and nuts, potatoes, yam, etc.
NATURAL SWEETENERS: Stevia is a good choice. it practically has no calories, and is super sweet! Others include maple syrup, raw sugar, and a few others. Honey is also a choice if you want to be a little less vegan, but does contain a higher count of sugar.
WATER: 8+ cups. Maybe you’re fat because you rely on soda and caffeine for your “water” intake? idiots. if water bores you, drop a slice of lemon, lime, or strawberry. It literally flushes out the shit in your body.
TEA: this stuff is amazing, and I am a self-confessed addict. Tea- especially green- is a cancer-fighting wonder, and packed with antioxidants. Why do asians stay youthful as they age and are thinner? because tea kicks their metabolism up. (But bear in mind, we ALL have different bodies. Chances are you’ll never get the body of someone else. Get your own shape and be individial, bitch.)
AND NOT TO EAT:
MEAT: hmm. dead, rotting carcasses. Sounds lovely, doesn’t it? Not to mention the pesticides, hormones, steroids, and antibiotics. Oh! And don’t forget mad cow disease, bird flu, salmonella, e.coli, trichinosis, and mercury. You seriously question why America and other developed countries are suffering from obesity; cancer; liver, kidney and lung disorders; birth defects; miscarriages; nervous system disorders; etc.
No matter what you call it- steak, tuna, bacon or chicken. No matter what you do to dice and pretty it up, it’s a piece of dead, decomposing carcass. The taste is amazing, yes, but there are other foods out there that mimic the flavour and texture of meat but don’t come with the same side effects.
And to even think about the horendous conditions of factory farms, and the long-life torture of these poor creatures, makes me sick. You buy meat, you’re supporting the system. You don’t, and you alone save 90 animals a year. Smarten up, bitch.
DAIRY: got osteroperosis? Researchers at Harvard, Yale, Penn State, and the NIH have studies the effects of dairy intake of bones. Not one of these studies found dairy to be a deterrent to osteoperosis. In fact, the high count of protein in milk actually leaches calcium from the body. Not only does milk take the blame for osteoperosis, but also for acne, anemia, anxiety, ADD, allergies, asthma, obesity, heart disease, diabetes, autism, and multiple cancers.
Cancers? Yes. Dairy is highly acidic, which is believed to be the perfect place for a cancer to grow.
Just like human milk is for baby humans, cows milk is for baby cows. We’re the only species on the planet that drinks the milk of another species. But why cows? Why not gorilla’s milk or zebra milk? Simple. Cows produce a copius amount- even more when they’re pumped with hormones- and they’re easier to handle.
We are the only species that drinks milk as adults. It’s not only gross, it’s creepy. We’ve been totally duped by the dairy industry and their hundreds of billions of advertising dollars. We are so addicted to the taste and texture of dairy, we’re become blind to this disease-causing product.
(BAD) CARBS: Seriously. There is so much bullshit around carbs now; let’s set the records straight. There are two types of carbs: simple and complex. Complex carbs are not only good for you, but they’re a vital part of your diet. They consist of fruit, vegetables, wholegrains, and legumes, and they should be eaten all day, every day. (full list is above.) Simple carbs suck and should be avoided: white bread, white rice, white sugar, white pasta, and white flour. 99% of processed foods, cakes, snacks, and cookies are simple carbs.
fact: you can have your cake and eat it- just make the cake with good ingredients! duh!
“FAT FREE”, “LOW SUGAR” CRAP: think “chemical shitstorm” when you see crap like this. fat free stuff usually equals high levels of white sugar, which transforms into fat when not used up. They also tend to make you go on sugar “highs” and “crashes”.
DO NOT CONSUME ANYTHING THAT CONTAINS ASPARTAME!!!! this artificial sweetener is used alot in diet foods for it’s low calorie count, but aspartame is almost like an addictive drug, and will destroy your system from the inside out. There are natural sweeteners out there that you should be consuming, not this shit. It took them 30 years to get in on the shelves, with unfinished research by the company blinded by it’s “revolutionary” turn in the dieting world. just don’t touch it!
CAFFEINE: coffee sucks. It makes your breath smell like shit, and is just a no-no! It leaves you dehydrated, and likes to camp out on your ass. And just like dairy, it has a high acidity count, which is a perfect environment for cancer to thrive. Turn to harbal teas (preferrably caffeine-free).
SODA: it’s liquid satan. packed with sugar. just stay away.
SMOKING: it really makes you look and smell like shit. It- like everything else above- fucks over your metabolism, and you will inevitably turn fat, or die from cancer, or from some other sad disease. Drop it, you pussy.
